What is your shipping policy?

Vivian Grace offers free U.S. Domestic Shipping on orders over $75 for customers in the Continental US via USPS First Class.  Orders under $75 ship USPS First Class for a flat fee of $5. Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail. All orders ship with tracking. 

SHIPPING ESTIMATES AT CHECKOUT:  PLEASE NOTE that shipping estimates at checkout are provided by our shipping carriers and are estimates.  We are committed to getting orders out within our processing time and shipping via the correct shipping service selected by the customer, and we do this very well.  We are not responsible for the delivery times, as they are out of our control. 

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing from our facility (located in Fort Worth, Texas). Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email/text, depending on the information you provided at the time of checkout. Delivery time depends on shipping speed selected at checkout. Standard shipping is USPS First Class MailOrders shipped via this method typically arrive 3-7 business days after they have been tendered to the United States Post Office. During Holiday season, the US Postal Service has advised that delivery delays may occur.  Vivian Grace is not responsible for delivery delays outside of our control.

Do you of offer Express Shipping?

Yes! Customers in the continental U.S. will have the option to select USPS Priority Mail air at checkout. Priority Mail Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and shipping speed is 1-4 days from the time the package is tendered to USPS. Additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.

Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3PM CST, excluding national holidays.

What if my package is lost in transit or tracking is delayed?

Shipping carrier delays are not the norm but they can happen from time to time and it is not in our control.  The United States Post office may experience delays in delivery, especially during peak times.  If your package is delayed at least 14 days, please reach out to us and we can assist with a claim and re-delivery.  This will require the recipient to co-operate with our shipping insurance provider to complete the claim.  Once the claim has been completed we can proceed with re-issuing the package.

Our Standard shipping method for the continental United States is USPS First Class Mail. Orders that designate USPS Priority items ordered after daily shipping hours will be processed in 1-2 business days. Items ordered on Friday after 3PM CST, as well as items ordered Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. We primarily ship through USPS. Please note: UPS does NOT support P.O. Box addresses.  

Please Note: We are not able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING POLICY

Items purchased with expedited shipping will be processed and shipped out the next business day. 

SALES TAX

When placed through the online store, Texas shipments pay 8.25% sales tax at the time of checkout. Users are responsible for all sales taxes and other taxes on merchandise shipped to other states.  If you place your order via another platform (facebook/instagram) taxes will be automatically charged/remitted by those platforms.

 International orders may subject to the laws, taxation and regulations of the receiving country, at the discretion.  Taxes, import fees and tariffs may be levied at the discretion of the receiving country. If taxes are assessed the carrier will reach out to the customer directly for payment.  The customer is responsible for any import fees/taxes levied Orders cannot be cancelled, returned-to-sender or refunded due to refusal.  Customers must pay taxes levied by receiving country. No exceptions.  By placing an order outside the U.S. you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
